Dear SW List and Lourdes:
Thanks for this question.
1. First, to explain to the other List members....Lourdes downloaded
SignBank Runtime on the web:
http://www.SignBank.org/downloads
Be sure to download the RUNTIME, since that does not require
FileMaker...
--------------
2. Second, when you download the Runtime, open the folder and click on
the file named:
OpenMeWindows or OpenMeMac.
The password is 54321.
--------------
3. Ok. So now, as Lourdes says, a bunch of windows will open very
quickly. Why? Because those are different sections of SignBank. Each
one is a database, and each database does something different, and the
databases work together, to print dictionaries and to help you learn
signs and search for signs. If you want to read more about how SignBank
works, go to:
SignBank is a relational database
http://www.SignBank.org/signbank02.html
--------------
4. Ok Lourdes! Now I answer your questions. Please open the SignBank
Portal first...Please see NEXT message for more instruction!
Val ;-)
