[sw-l] New Handshapes for the IMWA

When all fingers are straight, you cannot use the square for a fist,
since that requires bent fingers...so the lowest straight finger
creates the Rootshape or foundation of the handshape, which is a
straight angle shape. The reason it is an Angle is the baby finger is
projecting forward...not to the side...straight forward means an Angle
or Hinge...in the attached I did not write the exact position with palm
facing...they should be parallel with the floor, which means a space at
the knuckle joints...and the second one would have a white palm...
