Dear SW List:
I am happy to announce a new posting on the web:
You can download the Runtime, that does not require FileMaker, or the
FileMaker version, for FileMaker users. Both versions have the same
data, and include the International Movement Writing Alphabet (IMWA) in
a searchable symbol database (SymbolBank), and 255 ASL signs sorted by
the IMWA SSS.
PLUS thanks to Adam Frost, there are now some entries with definitions
written in ASL in SignWriting. The era of ASL describing ASL is
beginning...THANK YOU, Adam!!!
The next SignBank will be Norwegian Sign Language, so in time there
will be more countries.
The download is a large one, and is really only for those who have a
fast internet connection - It is FREE.
If you do not have a fast connection, perhaps your school or work or
friend does? Perhaps they can download for you...
CDs can be purchased too. Go to: http://www.SignWriting.org/catalog
