[sw-l] SignMaker updated on SignBank

Hi List,

I have updated the SignMaker on SignBank with the new drag and drop version.
I haven't heard of any major problems.  I think this will be a great
addition.

I have added the SignWriter type buttons: rotate, mirror, fill, and
variation.  These buttons work on symbols added to the sign box.

Signs can be added to the dictionary with the new SignMaker, so have at it.
