Hi Shoshona!
There is a book "Sign Language in Judaism" from the Jewish Deaf
Association in the UK:
"The first-ever guide to over 50 signs related to Jewish culture as used
by the British Deaf community. This is an invaluable reference guide for
parents of deaf children, British Sign Language students and tutors,
interpreters, rabbis and anyone with an interest in BSL and Judaism. The
guide is illustrated with a short explanation and clear, easy-to-follow
colour photographs for each word. Importantly, it also offers Deaf
people a basic explanation of Jewish practices, cultural and religious
heritage and is a historically important way of preserving specific
Jewish signs for future generations. Paperback 51 pages 2003"
You can order this from http://www.forestbooks.com/
If it's a child from a Jewish family in the UK I would recommend getting
in touch with the Jewish Deaf Association: http://www.jewishdeaf.org.uk/
