[sw-l] Template

Sorry about the Stuart.  It's back now.

Graphic Only signs have a Template button.  Pressing this button will start
SignMaker with a greyed-out copy of the graphic only sign in the center of
the SignBox.  The greyed-out image is a template that you can use to rebuild
the sign.

I was planning to work on the ASL Who signs, but there is no template
button. Was that feature removed?
