Hello Honza and Everyone!
Yes. That's right. You went to a lot of work, and then I did not do  
the translation. In SignPuddle 1.0 we do not have Unicode support, so  
for the Czech spoken language I would have to create pictures of the  
special symbols that you use when writing Czech etc etc...

SignPuddle 2.0, we hope, will provide Unicode support, and that  
should make the possibility of translating icons etc into other  
spoken languages a lot easier...so thank you very much for all your  
hard work and I have the information here and I hope someday we can  
implement it...I cannot promise when...There are a lot of projects  
these days...
