Yes, this should be correct. And thank you for offering a web page for the
event - that would be great. i do not know if the people at Kasterlinden, or
Stefan i Germany, could offer to host the page, but there cerainly should be
one. That page should contain the information you mentioned, about the place
and possible hotels and so on, but there should also be room for on-line
pre-conference questions etc. so that a program can be made ;)
