SignSpelling Rules continued...

The hands on top of each other moving down in space would take the
general arrow, since it is a blend of the right and left movement
paths...one general path that is BOTH right and left making the SAME
path...I temporarily changed her hands to show you...This is not a real
sign...just an example...
