[sw-l] Reading Diacritics in SignMail program...

Unless Steven has changed how he stores the signs, I believe it is
related to the way the webserver stores the files. As I understand it,
each sign is actually a file on the webserver. There can be some
strange things that happen when file names include diacritics or
non-Roman script names if the webserver's operating system is not
expecting it or something. I could be wrong. But if no diacritics work,
then that should be fine. Eventually, I suppose the signs could be
stored in a database where that would not be as much of an issue. But
that is probably Sign Puddle 3.0 <grin>.
