I just remembered one way to get Japanese capability on an XP. Go to a
Japanese language website, and your computer will tell you that you
can't read this site properly without installing __________________.
Then it asks if you want to install it or not. This is definitely a
workaround, but if it works . . . why not? The only other rememrance I
have is that when you first install XP, you get to choose which
languages you want your computer to support.
