[sw-l] www.signwriting.org some dead links

Val,

I didn't look at all of those examples I sent, but in looking at one,
the reason the broken link doesn't show up easily is because it is relative:

On page http://www.signwriting.org/usa/florida/florida.html
the broken link is actually ../../library/aslpict/aslpict.html
not http://www.signwriting.org/library/aslpict/aslpict.html as reported by the link checker.

The text associated with that link is:
3.  Sutton's American Sign Language Picture Dictionary For Children <http://www.signwriting.org/library/aslpict/aslpict.html>
