[sw-l] Spelling of ASL Wallet (retry #3)

HI, All,

Wallet is a noun and therefore requires a double movement. (in school, I
learned that verbs are single movement whereas nouns are double movement.
Example: the verb sit is dominant H hand fingers coming to rest on non-dominant  H
fingers, but the noun chair (same handshape and movement does a double
touch.(dominant H ** on non-dominant H)
