I assume that you read about some of our work with Unicode in the
past? Not that it really matters, but here are some web pages just in

We were the ones that established SGN to stand for signed languages
in computer language codes...Michael Everson and I worked on this
together and our non-profit organization paid for the costs
involved...That was a big job for us to get that appoved by the ISO
and recently I can see that people just take that code for granted
and I happy to see it ...Registering these language codes with the
ISO was an interesting experience! Lots of politics...but we succeeded!
