Hi Honza,
SignPuddle can not use UTF-8 just yet. It will in the future. How soon
depends how quickly I can redesign SignPuddle.

Subject: [sw-l] encoding of signpuddle
Hi Val, or somebody who writes signpage pages.
In signpuddle is charset set to iso-8859-1. I don't know why. I thought
there is used UTF8 in case any one of the world can see text properly.
In iso-8859-1 are not letters from slovanic languages. We use Eastern
Europe coding, but the best is to use UTF8 in signpuddle. Could you
please change it?
Thank you very much, it makes me trouble.
Honza, Czech
