HEAD MOVEMENT...
The double-stemmed arrow above the head means that the nose is moving
up and down...See diagram...

1. Head (nose) up
2. Head (nose) up-diagonal-left
3. Head turns to the side left....nose pointing toward side wall...
4. Head (nose) down left diagonal
5. Head down (nose down) etc....
