Smile...You know years ago, I was criticised for having a drawing
system, and not a writing system. In other words, because SignWriting
looks visual, linguists thought it was unsophisticated and that it
was not really writing...and they complained that it took artistic
talent to be drawn...which isn't true. It really is a writing system,
not an art system...and does not require artistic talent...so I asked
everyone to use the term "writing" rather than "drawing"...not that
art isn't wonderful!
That is why I use the term SignWriting and not SignDrawing...smile...
So couldn't we say SignWriting Sequence? or SignSpelling Sequence? or
Writing Sequence? smile...
