Exporting from SignPuddle

Hi list,

I've fixed the Export feature in SignPuddle.  You can now download any 
puddle as a zip file containing the sign graphics.



*On the SignPuddle Export page, in the Graphics Zip File section, you 
will have 1 or 2 options*.
1) If an archive has already been created, you can download that file by 
using the "Existing archive..." link.

2) You can create a new archive by using the "Create new zip file" 
link.  This link will open a new page.  It may take a while to load 
depending on the size of the puddle.  Once the page has loaded, you can 
download the new archive by the link provided.

Unfortunately, I am still having problems with high ascii characters.  
So the names of signs with umulats or accents will not appear correctly 
in the zip file.
