I am so sorry, Lucyna...I don't understand this..

When I look at this, I cannot read it, so something is not clear...

Are you saying that the two hands touch each other, under the chin?  
And the left hand is on the right side of the right hand? So the left  
hand's thumb touches the wrist of the right hand, while the right  
hand is touching under the chin? So the arms are crossed? What part  
of the
right hand is the left thumb touching?
