The symbol for "relating to under the chin" is not necessary for  
writing for everyday use...As you can see by the attached diagram,  
just a touch star under the chin area means under the chin...it  
cannot mean in front of the chin because that is written with the  
curve on the chin...but when there is no chin marked, any contact  
star is assumed to be under the chin. And it doesn't have to be a  
Touch...a Brush is also like a Touch, so just the Brush symbol under  
the chin area is enough to tell us you are brushing under the chin...
