There is a solution for the 10 handshape! ;-)

Definitely a solution, and consistent with other difficult handshapes.
Just one thing: when the thumb is symbolised this way in other handshapes,
it is perpendicular to the palm. Here it is flat with the palm. If we make
the definition so that this way of writing the thumb is used when the thumb
is towards us or away from us, regaardless of palm facing, then this way is
fine.
