Hello Lucy and Everyone!
Yes...there is a series of True Type Fingerspelling Fonts, called the  
Sutton Font series, designed in True Type by Michael Everson. Here is  
the link to the web page to download them. There are also documents  
teaching how to install the fonts on your computer:
