Hi Liz,

This is a know problem with Outlook.  It has trouble printing embedded
images in HTML email.

First, you could try to apply the updates for your version of MS Office.
http://office.microsoft.com/productupdates/

Second, you can copy and paste the email into Word.  Then print from there.
