National Anthem of the Philippines

Dear Val and list,
I am attaching a draft of the National Anthem of the Philippines in SW.
There are some signs in there that I asked questions about today and
also some signs that we still have to check with some of the Deaf, but
it is a working “paper”. So, please feel free to give me your comments
(I know it is long, so if it is too much, feel free to tell me so as
well :-))
