problem opening SignBank editor

I downloadede the swiss french SignBank... with success... and unzipped
it.... I then get 2 folder

____ MACOSX   and    SignBankCHfr

once I click on one of thoses folder... I only get  lots of documents see
attached copy of the page I get) I cannot open anything... !

I dont know what I'm doing wrong


in what application should I open these documents ??
