Hello Cherie!
I am sorry you are having problems...I am no expert, but I can give  
you a few tips...

1. Do not use Internet Explorer with SignText. Use Firefox instead.  
SignText was designed for Firefox. You can download Firefox for free  
on the web:

2. On the Mac, Camino works well too, which is the fastest and is  
using the Mozilla engine, so it is similar to Firefox:

Download Mac Camino

Why should the browser matter? Because each browser is programmed  
differently, and SignText works inside those browsers...

Speed of internet connection can also have there is no  
question that if you are working on the web, a faster internet  
connection will help! And faster fancier computers also help a lot
