Same 'gloss' , many 'signs'...

It means the same as numbers 1 and 2, about as in 'regards to'...  BOOK IT 
ABOUT BIRDS   I learned it originally in central coast area California in 
~1982, and have since seen it all over--  well, in VA, OH, and GA, if that 
counts as "all over"...  I actually see that more than 1 and 2, and its 
what I tend to use.
