NOW, no. That was when I was just starting out. and the sign I was
reading had the signs more on top of each other than that... like this
one Thats still pretty hard to read even now, unless you know what
you're looking at. Someone new to this stuff (like me back then) couldn't
tell where one symbol starts and another one stops, and thats why I
thought the surface symbol would be the perfect solution.
