importing signes from Puddle to Word

I've been having some king of problem and don't know what it comes from...

To use SignMaker.... I work with Mozilla... and it works fine (tried to use
Internet Explorer... which is just a mess)

BUT

when I want to paste a sign from Puddle into a Word document... (click and
drop) Mozilla just cant' do it... Internet Explorer instead works fine!!!
what does this come from?

any idea??

do any of you have the same problem??
