Load Signs from SignPuddle into SignText

OK, how can I take the specific signs from the sign text and make
modification and then put it back on the same spot of the sign text (not
place at the end of the sentence)?  I am sorry if it is already explain
in the manual that I overlooked.

Load Signs from SignPuddle Dictionaries continued...

7. The signs will load into the sentence column in SignText Editor.
8. Press the Reload Button once to see the signs loaded into SignText.
9. Once the signs are in SignText, you can create a sentence with them.
