Website move completed

Hi List,

We've been busy at work moving Val's websites.  We're done.  (mostly)

SignPuddle and SignText  are available once again on SignBank.org.  The 
only major problem is that we can not send email from SignText.  I'll be 
fixing this sometime today.

Val and I are still testing the installation on the new server, but 
we're confident that everything is working as expected.  If you have any 
problems, please email me and/or Val and we'll get it taken care of as 
soon as possible.
