Hi Anny,

Your first sign was not deleted, it just wasn't on the confirmation screen.

Go back to the Search by Words screen and search or INVENTER and you'll 
find your first sign is still there.

The confirmation screen for sign deletion only shows the sign that will 
be deleted.
