question on half circle symbols / double half circles symbols

I need your help on the following symbols: /
I wrote these 4 versions of the sign /BICYCLE/ (/VELO/ in french)
 VELO1 (seems fine to me and is simple!)

then if we add the symbols  / whithout changing the arrows....  
woulod we write

 VELO2

OR
VELO3

I think in some cases... using the  / on top of the arrows gives  
the informations twice....... I'm wondering if when we use  the  
arrows should be written the same.... and that adding the  makes it  
possible to understand that hands move together in an opposite  
direction like in the following sign:

VELO4 (is this writing possible ???) seems harder to read to me!

what would you suggest... and could you explain exactly when to use   
these 2 symbols in connection with the arrows?
