One must mirror the image, change the fill, and ensure that the directions of the hands is reversed. Sometimes the fill won't exactly work. The directional arrows are sometimes problematic, but that takes experimentation.
If one could have a standard conversion from expressive to receptive including overhead and side views from either direction, then we would have a complete map of signing for choreography, multiple signers and who knows what else.
