Hello Andre -
If you have double arrows, then one Brush Symbol is enough because  
the double-arrows make it clear that the Brush happens two  
times...Notice how the Brush Symbol can be placed near the arrows or  
near the place of contact (see attached)...

If the movement is very very tiny...maybe between two fingers, then  
sometimes we write the two Brush Symbols alone and that is enough to  
give the information...for example, when writing the snapping of your  
fingers...sometimes two Brush symbols will be used without any arrows...
