how would you write this sign??

I have problems writing another sign... not sure about how to write  
the thumb movment in front of the mouth...

this sign is for ECSTASY (the drug) (see the video on http:// 
www.pisourd.ch/index.php?theme=dicocomplet ... look under ecstasy)
