Dear SW List members:

Today someone wrote asking me how much I would charge to transcribe a  
Sign Language video for them.

I told them that if they can do it themselves, I am happy to teach  
them how to do it free on the SW List!

But if a project needs help, here are the current prices:

Maybe someday we can hire others to do some transcription work too...
