I didn't see the instructions yesterday because I took off to watch the fireworks; but I just tried it and it works great!!!  I'm sure I will enjoy using it very much! I did delete those 19 records, even before I saw this email.  What can I say?  I'm usually pretty good with computers . . . I'm sure I will enjoy using Document Maker very much!!!KJ
