wrist flex versus rotation

The sign for ARGUE is oftentimes written as Wrist Flexes...it depends  
on the writer.... ARGUE is not a Rotation, because the Palm Facing  
does not change...

Here is the sign for ARGUE as the whole arm moving down-down...
