wrist flex versus rotation

What fun! Thank you, Adam. Yes...the attached diagram shows the up- 
down flexing...

Mine are to the right in the attached diagram. And the finishing  
position for the second one that shows the white palm is a little  
extreme because usually people do not flex that far down...the  
flexing is usually a little smaller ;-))
