SUMMARY
Rotisserie Movements LOCK the wrist joint, no matter what position
the wrist may be in.
Rotisserie Movements change palm facing (black to white or white to
black)
Rotisserie Movements stay in one place. They do not travel.
Wrist Movements UNLOCK the wrist joint.
The hand moves in the direction of the arrows, moving from the
unlocked wrist joint.
The palm facing of the beginning position determines the wrist
movement, as well as the direction of the arrows...but the palm
facing does not change while moving in those directions...
Look at these Wrist Movement Symbols attached...there are 8 possible
ways to move the Wrist for every hand position....some are easier to
do than others, but you can see how different these symbols are, from
the Rotisserie Symbols...
