Sign image quality

 While working on the new SignText,  I've made a great improvement.
 
 Previously, the half sized signs had been giving me problems.  Today, I found a solution.  I've fixed most of the quality, and I've added transparency.
 
 What's even better... I can do almost any size.
 
 I know it's not SVG, but this is a major advance.  The PDFs are going to look a lot better at reduced size.
