Yes. Something like these ideas (see attached)...and it could be  
added to the ISWA to see if anyone chooses to write with it...if not  
that is ok too...if you have another idea just show me and I will try  
to add it...

By the way, this same problem came up with the signs for 14 and 15 in  
ASL. That is why we have two different ways to write those numbers  
right now (see attached)...
