climbing up a ladder

Here is one way to write climbing up a ladder...as the hands do the  
motion one after the other, generally they do this while moving in  
the general direction of up...

What video are you on Kelly Jo, where this tread pulling occurs...I  
will take a look at it...maybe it has some similar properties but  
going in another direction...
