It's all Greek to me too and I'm on a Mac.  Looking at the message source, the font is Symbol.
 
 When I change the font to symbol this is what I get.
 
 Ron, I think you need to change your default font to something other than Symbol.

 Wonderful. I appreciate it, that you looked at the document and that  
 you are interested in using DocumentMaker!
 
 I think it is a great idea that you use DocumentMaker inside SignBank  
 right now....

 Watch Videos 5-14 in their entirety...you will need to be able to  
 view videos on your computer...
 
 Find a computer...maybe Dana's....that can view these videos....You  
 can download the software needed for free, to view them...if you need  
 help just ask...or ask someone who knows computers well to help  
 you...it is worth it because this is the way we are learning right  
 now...
 
 And Andre - I know you cannot view them because you are Blind, and it  
 is my goal to write a manual too, but it hasn't been written yet...
 
 So Ron...please view the DocumentMaker Video Instruction!
 
 Then, after you have viewed them, I can teach you more over the phone -
