Background colour?

Seeing Val's message reminds me of when we discussed it last summer (I think). When handshapes are placed on each other, the fill needs to be truly filled, or it makes readability hard. So, I think that saying not to have the fill will make more problems, but to have the fill match the color of the background is the best route to go.

I agree, Adam . . . maybe this is just another way of saying the same thing you're suggesting, but maybe you could program in a way for the user to select how the palm looks: either "painted white" or "transparent".  When was this discussed on the List?  Must have been before I joined.

I think that there should be a way so that the fills can be white if needed so that the readability is better (ie when it is on a picture background, or when the hands are over each other), but you are right that when you have a dark background that the "white" fill should match the background. Maybe there is a way so that you can program the white fill to be the background color or "opposite" color to sign color. Steve? :-)
