That's beautiful! Couldn't open 2nd attachment, neither could I open the zip file for columns. Error message: older version of Microsoft Word. Please update for at least Microsoft Office Suite 2003

Here is a second layout from DocumentMaker, which provides a place  
for an illustration...I hope to add 6 other layout designs so we have  
plenty of choices of book-page-styles...
