Wonderful news, Andre!

You can setup PDFs for the Blind right now!

1. Open Adobe Acrobat Reader
2. Go to Preferences or Properties
3. Choose Accessibility Mode
4. Change to Use High-Contrast Colors and choose the specific colors 
you want...

Here is a screen capture on my Mac of the Preferences area...I will 
test it on the PC when I can...

Try this please with our PDFs...and tell us what happens -
