White on black for Deaf-Blind

Hi Val, Adam and everyone,

    Val and Adam, thank you for your instruction.

    I downloaded the Adobe Acrobat Reader version 8.1.  I clicked on the 
accessibility mode and changed high contrast (white on black)  You sent me 
the attached picture 3.pdf.  This document is still black on white.  Adam 
already mentioned.  Snap!!!
