question on sign notation /small movments

Dear Val...

I'm wondering if there's a way to write down small movements.... for  
example in the sign for BRUXELLES (capital of Belgium) which is  
written like this in the belgian Puddle:
is made slightly differently her in Switzerland... with a SMALL  
circular movment
 (contact missing in this one)....

How should I write this sign...... so that someone who reads it knows  
it's only a small movement ?


I've got the same problem with other signs which use small circular  
movement
